It was one of those days where cookies looked good, but packaged within was the understanding that after the sweet flavors had dissolved on the tongue, they would only leave an unpleasant, unsatisfying sense originating in the stomach and affecting the entire body; a queasy sugar buzz and an upset stomach that begs the question: “why did I eat that?”

Besides, it’s difficult even to choose an Oreo type, when did they go forth and multiply? Double Stuff, Double Stuff with Mint, Original, Golden, Chocolate Covered the array is so dazzling I cannot choose, and walk by.

I even walk by the Golden Oreos… my favorite.
